They were open and honest with all of our queries, which was important especially as we were overseas during the process. Inspection via Zoom was smooth and easy, the process of applying and being accepted for the property hassle free. The house upon arrival was immaculately presented and matched the description exactly. Since living in the property, Bathstone have quickly acted upon any queries we have had. For instance, during storm darragh, a panel of our fencing came loose. This was fixed the very next day to a very high standard.
