As a result of the all the above marketing of your property we will have applicants wanting to view your home. As your agent of choice we will show all applicants around your home and promise to follow up those viewings for feedback within 48 hours. Its an exciting time for all of us when offers start to come in on your property. We discuss all offers with you and help you decide what next step is right for you. Behind the scenes we’ll make sure all buyers are in a position to move forward with their offers and that you have all the information to make an informed decision.

Once you have decided to accept an offer we’ll confirm that in writing to all parties involved including solicitors on both sides. Next is the legal bit, you will get paperwork from your solicitor to complete about your property. We’re always here to support if you need advice on anything.

During this time a lot goes on behind the scene with the solicitors. We work closely not only with both you and your solicitors during this time but also with the buyer and their solicitors to ensure all information is provided promptly and to ensure everyone’s property journey and as stress free as possible. As soon as all the legal bits are ready we work with everyone to help find the best exchange and completion date for all parties.

When that days is here, we’ll support you to make sure you are ready. Drop all keys to us by midday and we’ll keep hold of them until the solicitors confirm all legal transfers have happens and we are good to release to the new owner.  All you have to do is focus on your future and your new home.
